Genghis Christ, General Boykin, and the Fundamentalist Christian Holy War

Genghis Christ, General Boykin, and the Fundamentalist Christian Holy War"Jerry Boykin has a grotesque conception of Jesus Christ. Most (non-fundamentalist) Christians practice their faith in a manner that holds aloft the treasured values of love, peace, and good will towards their fellow humans. Boykin, a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant General and current Executive Vice President of the ultra-right wing, fundamentalist Family Research Council (FRC), will have none of that. Instead, Boykin’s avatar is a ravenously militant and militaristic one — a deity of universal destruction, bloodshed, rabid bigotry and unadulterated hatred."

The Clumsy Greed of the U.S. and the West on Full Display in Ukraine Disaster | Alternet: "Here's the U.S.'s exceptionalist promotion of "democracy" in action; Washington has recognized a coup d'etat in Ukraine that regime-changed a — for all its glaring faults — democratically elected government."

Article: C'mon baby, light my (Crimean) fire | OpEdNews: "March 16 is C Day. The Crimean parliament -- by 78 votes with eight abstentions -- decided this is the day when Crimean voters will choose between joining the Russian Federation or to remain part of Ukraine as an autonomous region with very strong powers, according to the 1992 constitution."

Article: A Daily Beast Ideologue Tries But Fails To Slay RT | OpEdNews

Article: "A Daily Beast Ideologue Tries But Fails To Slay RT | OpEdNews James Kirchick is just the neutral reporter the Daily Beast would assign to report on the ideological controversy surrounding the Russian backed RT-TV channel's coverage of the crisis in the Ukraine.

The Beast lives up to its name by assigning a hardcore polemical ideologue to uncover what it predictably labels as ideological media bias.

Kirchick is a veteran of the anti-communist wars, now revived as the anti Putin wars, not some neutral journo crusading for democracy.

According to Wikipedia, He is a fellow with the Foundation for Defense of Democracies in Washington, prior to this he was writer-at-large for Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty . He is a graduate of the New Republic, Murdoch's Weekly Standard and writes for Azure, a magazine that describes itself as pro-Zionist and free market. "

Article: Vladimir Putin, the World's Last True Statesman | OpEdNews

Article: Vladimir Putin, the World's Last True Statesman | OpEdNewsEverywhere you look in the West, you find political pygmies
rather than statesmen. In France, we see a pathetic man whose own people
intensely dislike him, Fran├žois Hollande, attempt to speak as though he were something
other than a dry, pompous school-teacher-like purveyor of American views. Almost
forgotten are the strong, independent voices of a de Gaulle or a Chirac. In
Britain, the Prime Minister, David Cameron, is a wishy-washy man of little
integrity and less ability, again a purveyor of American views, and I'm sure he
goes to sleep every night fantasizing about the last Prime Minister who
faithfully served American interests, Tony Blair, being showered with gold,
resembling something from the Arabian Nights, every year since his retirement.
The United States is represented by a man of not one achievement, unless you
count instituting an industrial-scale system of extrajudicial killing, sending
missiles against women and children and mere suspects, a man who serves the
American military-intelligence complex as doggedly as George Bush, surely the
most ignorant and cowardly man ever to be called President. Germany has a
leader of considerable ability in Angela Merkel, but, as few people understand,
Germany acts only under the most onerous secret agreements imposed by America
after World War II, its independence still heavily constrained nearly
three-quarters of a century later.

Putin Flouts Obama as Neocons Stew | OpEdNews

Article: Putin Flouts Obama as Neocons Stew | OpEdNews"The Obama-Kerry act is getting pretty tired by now with this new
abortion following Syria interruptus and is is clear that there is
absolutely no coherent foreign policy in this woeful administration.
With credibility having long ago left the building and the rest of the
world (with the exception of the US-EU global finance mafia) laughing
their asses off at our bare-ass naked emperor on the level of George W.
Bush the game is for all intents and purposes over. Hell, Obama can't
even control his own Congress, his own rogue NSA nor after years of hype
and political trench warfare manage to get something as simple as a
goddamned website to work properly so why should he expect to have any
influence over a ruthless, seasoned political animal the likes of Putin?
Enough of the tantrums already - Obama should just do the honorable
thing by immediately firing Kerry, Victoria
"f*ck the EU" Nuland,
authoritarian Cass Sunstein's wife Samantha Power, Susan Rice and the
rest of his over-matched foreign policy team and then just resign -
spare us of the next two-plus years of indignity - hell Nixon did it.
V.P. Joe Biden is perfectly capable of filling in as an interim captain
to get the great star-spangled garbage barge into port where the thing
can be fumigated and have the red-white and blue bunting touched up
before Hillary takes the helm and sets sail for more gunboat diplomacy-
he sure  couldn't do any worse at his point despite his proclivity for
gaffes."

Seriously, what?! Kerry tells Russia 'you don't invade a country on completely phony pretexts' — RT News

Seriously, what?! Kerry tells Russia 'you don't invade a country on completely phony pretexts' — RT News: “Since when does the United States government genuinely subscribe and defend the concept of sovereignty and territorial integrity? They certainly are not doing that at the moment in Syria,” Marcus Papadopoulos, commentator for ‘Politics First’ told RT. “They certainly did not do that when they attacked Libya. They certainly didn’t do that when they invaded Iraq. They certainly didn’t do that when they attacked Serbia over Kosovo and then later on recognized Kosovo’s unilateral declaration of independence. The United States government merely pays lip service to sovereignty and territorial integrity, it picks and choses.”

The U.S. has Installed a Neo-Nazi Government in Ukraine | Global Research

The U.S. has Installed a Neo-Nazi Government in Ukraine | Global Research: "This is a proxy government which enables the US, NATO and EU to interfere in Ukraine’s internal affairs and dismantle its bilateral relations with the Russian Federation. It should be understood, however, that the Neo-Nazis do not ultimately call the shots: Under a “regime of indirect rule” they take their orders on crucial military and foreign policy issues –including the deployment of troops directed against the Russian federation– from the the US State Department, the Pentagon and NATO"
