OpEdNews - Article: Japan's Slaughter Takes No Holiday: Somewhere off the coast of Antarctica, in the storm-lashed, iceberg-ridden vastness of the Southern Ocean, the biggest, wildest place left in the world, the Japanese fleet is shooting whales with explosive-tipped harpoons, winching them out of the ocean still alive and screaming, electrocuting them, processing the meat for commercial sale to the Japanese public, and claiming that it is all in the interests of science.
Cash is trash: Big American Brother gives hints on how to spot citizen terrorists — RT: Do you own flashlights? Or pay with cash instead of a credit card? And do grocery shopping for the week? I do. I am sorry for the role I played in Fallujah | Ross Caputi | Comment is free | guardian.co.uk: What we did to Fallujah cannot be undone, and I see no point in attacking the people in my former unit. What I want to attack are the lies and false beliefs. I want to destroy the prejudices that prevented us from putting ourselves in the other's shoes and asking ourselves what we would have done if a foreign army invaded our country and laid siege to our city.
